Let us explain our lingo such as Chubbs, BPMs, and other nuances as well as answer a few key questions.
What is your return policy?
Affiliate sales: Please refer to the affiliate's page for their return policy.
Direct sales from Chubby Preppers: If you don't like it, return it within 30 days of receipt and we'll be happy to refund your money. We'll need to discuss shipping arrangements so please email ChubbyPreppers@gmail.com with your invoice number and reason for return and we'll work it out!
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are not available at this time but we'll definitely let everyone know if that changes!
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
What are "Chubbs"?
Chubbs are our rating system with 1 Chubb being the worst rating and 5 Chubbs being the best rating available.
What are "BPMs"?
BPMs are how we measure heat. Consider BTUs, but with a little more complexity....how many bacons could this thing cook per minute? Sure it's subjective and most things are!
